International Trade Fair & Symposium for Textiles and Composites in Vehicle Manufacturing.

The date for the 2010 “mtex” has been set: 8 – 10 June

The 2nd “mtex” was held at Chemnitz Trade Fair Centre on 3 – 5 June 2008 and recorded double digit growth rates. 140 exhibitors from 12 countries presented the latest trends and developments in textiles and composites in vehicle manufacturing to the 1,800 trade visitors at the 2008 “mtex” in Chemnitz.

The “mtex” – the trade fair for decision-markers and developers

The “mtex” has created an information platform for decision-makers in all the divisions of vehicle manufacturing. Representatives from the car and commercial vehicle industry, railway and railway carriage equipment suppliers, the shipbuilding industry, the aerospace engineering sector, manufacturers of two-wheeled or camping vehicles and caravans and companies upgrading them or suppliers will find new approaches in order to achieve greater profitability and more energy efficiency. Innovative solutions from the lightweight materials / composites sectors, interiors / vehicle seats and design and function sectors will be the focus of interest for designers, engineers, CAD operators and purchasers.
